Manifestation #1: My New Closet

Advertisment

It is February 2nd when I am writing this post to share with you all my first #Futureboard manifestation of 2020.

My fiancé and I have lived in the cutest townhouse for close to 10 years now. This is our first home together and has everything a young couple could want. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with a 2 car garage. It has a nice sized kitchen, a cozy dining-room, and a living-room that has hosted many New Year’s Eve gatherings with our friends.

The master bedroom has a bathroom with his and hers sink, a stand-up shower, as well as a bathtub that was much bigger than the ones I remember using in the past. The room itself is really quite large, with a decent walk-in closet that we loved from the start.

Fast forward to a few years later, we were blessed with the most adorable bundle of joy to complete our family circle. This once so big house, soon filled with cribs, little chairs, Lego’s, dinosaur’s, basketball’s videogames, coloring books, Pokémon, nerf guns, and a bunch of other typical things little boys like to entertain themselves with.

With time, comes an abundant accumulation of stuff in every room, especially the closet. In my post “Welcome to My Journey”, I show all of my desires for this new year captured in meaningful photos that represent them. Among them, was a dream of a bigger closet where I can showcase the accessories I love such as purses and shoes, as well as store my clothes (and my Fiancé’s) in a more efficient, less crowded way. I often thought about what the setup would look like and what kind of shelving I would use.

What is so crazy about this manifestation is that I did not think this would be something possible until we moved into a new house that already had the dream closet built-in. I never really imagined it would be something I could have just added on to the existing one in our room. It might not be the oversized dream closet from the board, but its pretty darn amazing to watch your dreams become real, no matter what fashion it happens in!

The most important factor in this manifestation happens to be that my Uncle Raymond owns and runs a (licensed and bonded) contracting business called Rayven Remodel and Builders LLC! His crew does amazing work in just about any area you can imagine. We were able to hire his company to knock out a wall separating our closet from the huge master bedroom which ended up extending it almost double in size of the existing closet! This work required great skill to mimic the rounded edges that flow throughout the rest of the property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the great service they provided!

I now have a massive walk-in closet that looks like it was built as part of the original blueprint. This thing is so freaking beautiful and the best part is I was able to choose my own racks, shelves, and cubbies that will store all of my favorite fashion pieces. My Fiancé can now store his endless supply of shoes as well. It’s a win-win for both of us!

If you are in the Seattle, WA area and are ever in need of some remodeling services of any category, I would urge you to contact Raymond for a bid! Great quality work from a reputable team of licensed and bonded contractors that take great pride in their services. You will be so happy to finally get that backyard cleaned up, get that storage shed built, or remodel that kitchen you have wanted to vamp up for years now. You can make your remodel dreams come true this year too!

I know this is one small piece of my 2020 #Futureboard, but this is only the beginning. My dreams are manifesting before my eyes and I am beyond grateful that the universe is working with me on all the desires of my heart.

I cannot wait to share the rest as they unfold this amazing 2020 New Year.

Please take a second to tell me about your goals for this year in the comments!! I would love to read about what sparks you!
