How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for US purchases. I will almost always mail your order within 24-48 hours from purchase.
Do You Accept Returns Or Exchanges?
Make-up products generally can not be returned, due to being personal items.
All other items can be exchanged or refunded if there are any issues.

Why Is My Lip Gloss Separating?
Have no fear! Separation occurs during shipping when products are held in a certain position for a length of time. This is COMPLETELY NORMAL and the product can be brought back to its original form by simply stirring your wand several times inside the tube, or shaking your lip oil.
It is a small price to pay for using only NATURAL AND CLEAN ingredients. There are no additives that would typically bind the ingredients together.
