We are back and ecstatic to introduce you to another inspirational Boss Babe who is changing the world. Without further ado we bring to you Faith Iukes from Tulalip Washington!
This young lady has accomplished so much already in her almost 14 years of life. She currently lives her childhood dream life of being the youngest media broadcaster in the United States of America. Working with organizations such as The Seattle Kraken, The Seattle Mariners, and the LA Clippers. Faith has her own radio show, her own YouTube channel, and manages all of her own social media content. All while being a full-time student! Talk about big hustle to go along with her huge ambition. Faith is an incredible role model for people of all ages, but especially our youth. You are never too young to start going for your dreams!
We wanted to know what a typical day in the life of Faith looked like and she shared with us “I wake up, brush my teeth and check and answer my emails. Then, if I have an interview that day, I prepare and do a little research on who I’m interviewing. After that I spend 8 hours at school, I get out of school, do more prep work for my upcoming interview (if I have one that day). And after the interviews are all wrapped up, I start to edit content for four hours. I generally get done around 8pm, upload the video, take a shower, eat some dinner, and I am in bed by 10pm. ” Wow! We are incredibly impressed with your work ethic faith!
I was introduced to Faith’s content while attending a local Indigenous Hip Hop event that featured many awesome Native American artists such as Drezuz, Savelle Tha Native, Artson, SheRoze, Ash Da Hunter, and Def I to name a few. At the event I noticed a young lady doing interviews and filming content from the shows and thought it was pretty amazing to see the love and respect she was shown as a media representative. Next, I checked her out on social media and was blown away with the behind-the-scenes content she created from that night of dope artistry! She captured the whole entire vibe which was felt by every single person in attendance. As a fellow native, I cannot tell you how proud this made me!

When asked where Faith’s inspiration came from, Faith shared “I started doing this business to show the kids and youth of today to always stand strong, use your voice, and make your dreams a reality. Also, to give the kids and youth of today resources to help them achieve their dreams.” Faith started doing this when she was just 11 years old! That means she is already 3 years in the game. Faith shares “Make moves don’t make excuses!” and “Everyone is influenced by different people, if you have to follow someone, follow someone that influences you to be a better you every day. To rise above the hate and negativity and share love, peace, and positivity.”
That is the most BOSS advice ever, Faith!
This is just the beginning of all of the spectacular things to come from this business savvy lady! We asked Faith to share some words of wisdom to anyone who wants to live their dream life and she advised “The hardest part is just doing it. A lot of people spend time making excuses. (Well, I’ll start when I get a computer, I’ll start when I get a better camera, or I’ll start next year when I have more knowledge of this). START TODAY! Just do something and you will be amazed at what kinda outcome you will get.”

During the interview, we were curious about what types of podcast interest Faith, and she advised “I love and listen to so many podcast the list is endless. I love the Dom Joseph’s podcast, Logan Paul’s podcast, Bobby Lee’s podcast, and so many more!” When asked how Faith’s work is changing the world, she shared “I believe what I’m doing is making a difference. Change is scary and people that can see past that fear will be the ones to inspire the world to be better. And I think I’m helping the youth see the change, to use their voice, and find a leadership calling they are all born with.”

Faith prefers lip-gloss over lipstick, lashes over mascara, matte over shimmer, and when asked if she would rather shop online or in person, Faith shared “Shop in person, if you don’t love it in the store, you won’t love it at home!” This is a whole entire WORD in itself.
