Boss Babes Changing the World: Meet Alycia Kidoguchi

Can you believe that it is already March? What better way to kick off Womens History Month than another segment of Boss Babes Changing the World? It is my absolute pleasure to introduce you all to some incredible super mom boss ladies!

We are going to start this thing off with a childhood friend of mine, Mrs. Alycia Kidoguchi! Girl, thank you for the opportunity to feature you on our blog!

Alycia lives in Seattle Washington. She is both a mother to the cutest little girl and she also runs a highly respected deep cleaning business called Ace’s Cleaning Busters. She started her company almost 6 years ago. I am sure all of her clients will agree when I tell you all that she is a magician when it comes to transforming homes, offices, and businesses around the county into tip top shape. It is no wonder she is always booked and busy!

Running your own company can be equally hard work as it is rewarding. We asked Alycia what a typical day might look like for her, and Alycia shared “My morning routine is waking up early, getting ready for my day and making sure I have all of my supplies filled and stocked. I check my 50 million schedules and planners and get to it. A normal day for me is starting around 7-8am and not getting done until the job is finished. It could be an early day then also be a late night, depending on the job.” And this is just the first part the day because, as we all know, a mom’s job is never really done.

Moms really are SUPERHEROS, don’t you agree?

Like so many of us in this life, Alycia comes from humble beginnings and worked extremely hard to make a beautiful life for herself. I admire her as both a woman from my neighborhood, and as a boss babe making a difference every single day in her community. When asked what the hardest part about running a business, Alycia says “It was the Legalities of it and getting my name out there.” We asked what advice she would give to others striving to do the same, and she says, “Just go for it, you’ll never know if you don’t try!” We absolutely agree with this!

Inspiration comes in many forms, and we were curious what and who inspires Alycia and she said “My personal inspiration would have to be my daughter and myself (not to sound cocky). I say my daughter because she was born with health conditions and has overcome 90% of them in the 2 years she’s been alive. I say myself because I’ve been through more than the average person and have seen and done things in life that could have taken my life along with my health, but I’m still here today because of my positive outlook on life. My celebrity inspiration is Gary Varynerchuk (aka Gary Vee). I love his outlook on EVERYTHING.” Your passion and love for what you do really does show in your work Alycia!

I don’t know about you all, but I don’t think I could survive without the help of paid professional cleaning services. I know firsthand how help in this area is life changing for me and my wellbeing. Not to mention for my relationships within my household due to the pressure of maintaining every chore in the house being lifted from all of our shoulders. Allowing us to focus on the many other aspects of life while enjoying each other’s company instead.

We asked Alycia’s opinion how her small business is CHANGING THE WORLD and she said “I think cleaning companies (such as mine) make a huge difference because all my clients are forever happy when they come home or go to work. The cleaning part of everything is done & in a spotless manner plus it always smells good. Haven’t had a bad review or complaint yet and it’s because I thoroughly love what I do. Cleaning is therapeutic for me and when I can clean for others and give them a sense of relief and they can relax or just enjoy work without having to clean up, that’s what makes me happy and that’s what makes the difference. “
